Victoria’s Secret has a published price adjustment policy. If you shop at Victoria’s
Secret, this article will help you understand when you’re eligible to request a refund.
For online purchases, Victoria’s Secret offer price adjustments within 14 days of
the shipping date. For in-store purchases, a price adjustment can be claimed within 14 days of the purchase date.
Interestingly, Victoria’s Secret does not require that the original purchase be at
full price. However, the marked down item must be the same style, color, and size as the original item. Also, the marked down price must end in
“$.99” and have a “Clearance” tag on it. Price adjustments do not apply to markdowns associated with limited time offers or promotions, or flash
sales.
Price adjustments can be made online or in-person. If you’re requesting a refund online, have your order number,
item number, and current online price of the item ready when you speak with a representative. If you’re requesting a refund in store, have your original receipt available.
In both cases, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Remember, it’s always a good idea to be polite to sales associate when requesting a refund.
Requesting price adjustments is time-consuming. You have to constantly be on
the lookout for price drops for everything you purchase, figure out if you’re eligible for a refund, and apply for that refund. All of that
takes time and a fair bit of organization. We can help you get more of your money back by:
- Tracking your purchases
- Monitoring for price changes
- Notifying you whenever you’re eligible for a refund
- Claiming the refund on your behalf (or providing you with instructions for making a claim yourself)
All you need to do is email us the receipt for anything that you want us to track
for you. We’ll handle everything else for you automatically. Check out our plan options to get started.
