Anthropologie's policy

Anthropologie offers price adjustments on full-priced items purchased online or in-stores, if the price of the item is marked down within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility

Only new products purchased at full price directly from Anthropologie online or in stores are eligible for price adjustments. Only one price adjustment will be given per purchase, meaning that you can’t get more than one refund per purchase, even if the item goes on sale a second timeItems that were purchased on sale are not eligible for price adjustments. Price adjustments are not applicable to shipping charges.

Requesting a refund

For online purchases, you’ll need to contact Anthropologie’s online support to request a price adjustment. Be ready to provide your order number, and make sure that the exact item you purchased is still available online. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For in-store purchases, you’ll need to take the item to an Anthropologie store along with your receipt to the store to request a refund. Online support will not be able to help adjust in-store purchases. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Regardless of how you go about requesting your refund, have your order number or receipt available, and remember to always be polite when requesting a refund.
