Yes. Gap has a published price adjustment policy. If you shop at Gap, this article will explain when you’re eligible for a refund and how to request one.
Gap offers a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of the order or purchase
date, depending on where you made the purchase. The policy only applies to full-priced items. However, items that were purchased with a free
shipping discount are still eligible for a price adjustment, so long as the item itself wasn’t discounted in any way. Final sale items are excluded.
To request a price adjustment refund, you’ll need to contact Gap support via their
website. The support team will be able to issue the refund for purchases made in-store or online. You can also go to the store to request a price
adjustment for purchases made in the store. However, price adjustments for online purchases cannot be made in a store. We therefore recommend
contacting Gap support via the website because you’ll be able to address all purchases that way. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Be sure to have your order number or receipt ready when you request a price
adjustment. And as always, it’s a good idea to be patient and polite to the support representative.
Requesting price adjustments is time-consuming. You have to constantly be on
the lookout for price drops for everything you purchase, figure out if you’re eligible for a refund, and apply for that refund. All of that
takes time and a fair bit of organization. We can help you get more of your money back by:
- Tracking your purchases
- Monitoring for price changes
- Notifying you whenever you’re eligible for a refund
- Claiming the refund on your behalf (or providing you with instructions for making a claim yourself)
All you need to do is email us the receipt for anything that you want us to track
for you. We’ll handle everything else for you automatically. Check out our plan options to get started.
