Abercrombie & Fitch has a published price adjustment policy, which is fairly
straightforward. If you shop at Abercrombie, this article will help you understand if Abercrombie owes you money and how to request a refund.
Abercrombie’s has one policy for in-store purchases, and a second for online
purchases. In-store purchases are eligible for a price adjustment within seven days of purchase. Online purchases are eligible for a price
adjustment within 14 days of the order date (not shipping date).
In store purchases are eligible for a price adjustment if the item is still in
its original condition and you have your original receipt. Online purchases are eligible for a price adjustment if the exact same item (that is,
the same size and color) are discounted online. You can only receive one price adjustment per item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment
method, if available. Otherwise, you’ll be issued store credit.
To request a price adjustment for in-store purchases, you’ll need to take your
item to the store along with your original receipt. For online purchases, you’ll need to contact Abercrombie support (or have us do it for you).
Have your order number ready, and it’s a good idea to pull up the item for which you’re requesting open in your browser for reference. Remember
to be polite and patient with the representative.
Requesting price adjustments is time-consuming. You have to constantly be on
the lookout for price drops for everything you purchase, figure out if you’re eligible for a refund, and apply for that refund. All of that
takes time and a fair bit of organization. We can help you get more of your money back by:
- Tracking your purchases
- Monitoring for price changes
- Notifying you whenever you’re eligible for a refund
- Claiming the refund on your behalf (or providing you with instructions for making a claim yourself)
All you need to do is email us the receipt for anything that you want us to track
for you. We’ll handle everything else for you automatically. Check out our plan options to get started.
